Sales Engineering Support

At Aero-Space Southwest, we focus on supplying our customers with industry leading support on a variety of applications. Our sales engineers’ expertise on C-part solutions range across many different industries within the manufacturing world. They offer the highest levels of electro-mechanical knowledge to ensure that your engineers are connected locally with factory support at the OEM and subcontractor levels.

Factory Support

Each customer service representative at ASW undergoes extensive annual product training across all product lines by the manufacturers to ensure that we are quickly and accurately providing information that you need to be successful. We work closely with the manufacturer’s representatives and engineering teams to answer any question you might have regarding a product. We have close ties with our manufacturers, allowing quality customer support on a local level.

Bossard Design Center

The Bossard Design Center (BDC) is a 10,000 square feet facility located in Milpitas, California. This facility houses state of the art testing and install equipment for customers to get a hands-on experience. The facility is stocked with industry-leading fastening solutions for engineers to use and design into their applications. The BDC includes a 1,500-square foot seminar space for up to 85 participants.

Testing capabilities include:

Measuring of torque, angle
and load simultaneously
